Howdy gang! Glad to hear all our southern folk's are doing OK after the storm. Been very busy...not able to get on so much as usually do so just checking in.

Lost 2 lbs last week, my lowest loss in a week since starting, BUT also lost inches big-time last week,...so my body is adjusting to all the weight I lost and thats A-OK with me! Still going strong, no restricted items, no cheats etc...very strict...must say I am loving the MagO7 I bought...cleansing like crazy and feeling GREAT in the process! Stuff is awesome!

Lowered my goal from 240 to 225 as thinking that will be better seeing how much belly fat I have left...no way I want to go under 225...will lose too much of the rest of me if I did! Wish I could direct the loss to my gut and abdomen! Wouldn't that be neat!

I have been eating fresh hot peppers like crazy right along as read they help in abdominal and stomach fat loss. Plus, I love hot peppers anyway! haha!

Have a great week all...be safe out there and stay strong for the program!
Should be able to check back in more often this week (I hope)...
Cheers
Jake

wuv2bloved 09-05-2012 12:56 PM

Oh I know, that is why I keep up with y'all...There are only 2-3 threads that I read all of the others are "crazy" talk to me so I don't even look at them. I look for my 100%, Skim the daily and this one that is it. I KNOW that this one and my 100% thread are SERIOUS people wanting to lose weight!

Hey boys and girls. I'm pretty excited to announce I am comfortably wearing size 46 pants. That is a long way from the 60's I was wearing five months ago!

Man I can't wait to be a 38 again! Good work brother. So here is another NSV I bought this watch for myself for loosing 70 pounds. when I bought it I needed three extra links and today I noticed it was a little loose, a few weeks ago I had the last of the three extra links removed, I am using the whole bracelet, measured last night and my wrist is 8.5" Just measured my watch and it looks like I am down 1 1/4" on my wrist!

Wow. Great job guys. You are an inspiration!
I haven't had to go down a size yet but can feel my clothes getting loose. I have use a new notch in my belt.

My waist isn't that big, I wear size 38 but I carry most of my weight in my top half. They are ordering jackets for us at work and I so badly wanted To order a smaller size (andhope that by the time they come I will need a smaller size) but I stuck with a 3x. Once I am ready for the smaller size I will buy it for myself and be happy to do it.

Wow that’s great guys. I cant imagine how many inches have disappeared in the past year just from the guys on this board.

Vet 46 pants from 60’s is awesome. I was in 54’s in January ( had a big belly) and have 36’s now. My goal all along has been the 34x34’s so I’m getting close but the last few sizes have been slow coming. Looks like my shirt size has finally started to change. I was in a 4x and can now actually wear a XL even though I have a hard time giving up my 2x shirts because I have so many.

Yeah I'm catching up to your starting point! I want less than 300 by Halloween and I want 200 lost by my 41st birthday the first week of January!
