Way off topic here, but man....

I just found out something here at work that's a bit crazy. We usually have to get a computer certification once a year. That cert is about 25% of our yearly review. I found out my cert had changed from Support Windows 7 to MS SQL Server 2008 about a month ago. Well, I found out today that this cert is going to be 70% of my yearly review! Nothing like a bit of pressure. LOL

AHEM!!!!.....what about me???...geeze....just kidding...lol

NSV for this weekend: National Guard duty. I just got my uniform ready for this weekend. I got to take all the patches off my Large/Short uniform to my Medium/Short uniform!! I can't wait for everyone to see me. I had to move to Large/Short about 3 years ago. Folks will be so confused that this short round guy is now getting to be a short fit guy!

That is awesome! Now go shave. :D

Hey folks. Just opened an email today from my clinic. They want permission to share some of my photos and share a 50-100 word narrative from me at an upcoming convention. I'm honored and nervous.

Man that is early! Have a good weekend drill. Be careful.

So I had my first weigh in on Friday. Down 6.6lbs and 2% body fat. I was kind of hoping for one of the double digit losses I have seen from others, but I'm not complaining.

Can't wait to see what happens after a month.

Quick question though. I was rereading the phase one sheet today and I notice it says no frying. Why is frying bad if I'm not using any more than a teaspoon of oil?
