I'm glad I thought to check out your thread tonight! I didn't realize you were doing so many creative things now using alternative products. Fantastic! There are several there that made my mouth water... definitely gonna give them a try.
I feel like I'd like to buy some alternative product cappuccino packets just so I can make those cookies! :) Wonder if there's a way to make them using cappuccino protein shakemix.....? |
I love your recipes! I definitely am printing some out tonite. I went to Whole Foods for coconut oil and it's loaded with carbs. Is that okay? It's only my first week on. I did but the spray though and used it to sauté chicken. It was delish

so i read on one of the threads....someone tried frying jicama fries in coconut oil.... hmmmm.... THANK YOU Prim2012 for that idea!!! here is my version!! Coconut Fried Sweet Cinnamon Jicama Chips!!!
