Newbie day 15
Rainbow,
I have printed and tried some of your recipes and they are delicious! I have a couple of questions (if you don't mind. I am still a rookie at this) 1 I tried to make zuchinni chips last night for lunch today. They came out of the oven crispy. I left them uncovered in the baking sheet on the kitchen counter last night. They were all soggy this am. Can you make these in advance? How do you store them? 2 Where do you buy a Magic Bullet and ring for English Muffins? 3 Where did you find Coconut Oil Spray? I appreciate any help you can provide! Thank you, Cheryl |

I bought my English muffin rings on Amazon.com. $5.00 for four. Coconut spray/oil can be purchased at Whole Foods or any health food store, but you can also buy that on Amazon as well as the magic bullet |

I accidentally found 3FC forums and have done nothing but read the posts for the past few days. The recipe's sound wonderful and thank you for all the pics. I am so motivated!:cheer: |
