For sure. I sometimes use the Muscle Milk or Pure Protein RTDs and the spinach blends just fine with them.

Hi everyone! Back at IP and using alternatives. I live in Ontario and was wondering if anyone knows a good place to buy a good alternative to the IP chocolate drink mix. I did buy proti diet chocolate drink which was great but well.ca is no longer:((

Also does anyone in the Durham region know if Costco still sells Detour bars? I'm not sure what to buy. I would buy from Walmart as well but again, not sure whats good!

Thanks!

Welcome!!
I haven't started using alternatives yet because i'm waiting for my stuff to come in. These are the two sites I've ordered from so far:

http://www.thelowcarbgrocery.com/

http://www.nashuanutrition.com/store/

The nashua products will come from the states so I'm expecting some duty to be on it, hopefully not too much as there's more of a selection.

I have ordered from both Nashua and DietDirect and both times the duty was around $13-15. It still works out to be cheaper than the local IP clinic.

Awesome, thanks!! I'm definitely looking forward to getting started with alternatives. I like the variety of products for sure! Here's hoping I find something I really like!! :carrot:

They have Detour bars at Rexall Pharma Plus as well as the Simply Bars and they are all on sale this week for $2 each! I believe the sale ends Thursday. Costco also has huge tubs of protein powder in vanilla and chocolate that are IP compatible. I used the vanilla in the past with great results. But now I am lazy so I just buy the premier protein RTDs at Costco.

Hi, I am not from Nunavut but from the NWT but know quite a bit about it and my husband has been there many times for work. So if you have any questions, we might be able to answer them.
