Hi, I am from Lindsay, Ontario and started IP in the spring of 2012 and lost 90 lbs. Decided to take a break for the summer and put about 20 lbs back on and I have been back on now for a week and ready to keep going. I lost 9 lbs my first week back. I have always used IP products but I have been reading a lot here the last couple of days to find some less expensive alternatives.

I noticed that someone on ebay is selling IP compatible products and they are from Quebec. Any idea where they would have come from or if anyone has tried them? They seem to have a lot of different soups, bars, oatmeal etc. and some that seem the same a IP.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I'll head to Rexall for the bars for sure!! Curious to try them...

Hello all - second time on Ideal protein, I'm about 5 weeks in and down 20ish pounds. I used to be on here quite often...just popped in to look for some new ideas/recipes and saw the canadian board and thought I'd say hi from Alberta.

Hi All,

Just curious if anyone here is from Nunavut? I am interviewing for a job there tomorrow and was wondering...

So - how did the interview go? Do you think you'll be moving up there? Not sure I could handle the isolation or the cold - and this coming from someone who lives in Winnipeg :D

I think the products that are being sold on ebay as "IP compatible" are called All Pro, does anyone know anything about this product?

Albertans ! Found Arizona sugar free @ superstore :)

Hi my Canadians friends :)
I just added my pretty signature weight tracker and I feel it looks very pretty
And it will look even prettier when the butterfly goes all the way to the right :)
I have been loosing weight slowly but surely
I discover that I cannot have diet coke because it stops my weight loss
And I discover sugar free Arizona lemon tea @ superstore, a frown of mine doing IP told me about it and so far I love it

I didn't get the job.. but it was an interesting phone interview - was interviewed by the Mayor and the CAO of the Town.. it would have been a good career move, but thats ok, the climate would have been very different lol.. I am a big believer in what is meant to be will be :) The other place I have resumes out to is Cayman Islands, lol I think the weather would be much better there lol.. if not I am happy enough where I am.. I am just always looking at houses and jobs :)
