Sooo happy....WI this morning, -5lbs....i made it to 50lbs exactly in 3 months!

So for the first, i got a restricted for every day of the week so i'm looking forward to having them with my salad at lunch!

I always have eggs the night before a WI so last night i made an egg salad and followed some of the suggestions for the WF mayonnaise to make it a bit better....added a bit of vinegar, lemon juice and splenda and i have to say, it was a lot better. I'm glad cause i love having eggs or tuna salad for dinner and now i can and it makes me have salad at dinner time too otherwise i don't have any.

I saw lots of great WI, SV and NSV...congrats everyone, we're such a great group
HOLY SMACKERS GIRLFRIEND!!!!

I read this on my ipod and had to dig out the computer to give you a proper "WOOHOO"...I'm so excited for you, send the whoosh fairy my way! !!

Just wanted to say Hi and congrats to everyone for the pounds and inches lost this week its so exciting to be losing weight!! Weekends are always harder because the kids and hubby are home and it seems like they eat all day - its getting easier as the days go by. Last night was my first big sporting event outing and while everyone was eating popcorn, nachos, hotdogs, etc... I was enjoying my southwest curls!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend

While they are eating on the weekends, start reading a book or drinking a hot cup of tea. Find something else to do besides thinking you can't have what they are having. Sounds like you were prepared for the sporting event last night and you succeeded. THAT is what this is all about.....being PREPARED!!!....Great job!

I read an article today, I posted the link below. It has nothing to do with weightloss or IP but struck me as so important. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in life that we forget about what is really important. So take the time to read it and give your family a big hug.

wuv (or anyone else), can you tell me how many mg of Potassium I should be taking daily?

I have some muscles that keep cramping and feeling sore and I haven't worked out in a few days so it isn't that.... just thinking maybe I need more potassium.

thanks!

Quit buying the bars- doesn't sound like having those around works for you. There are several who have posted that they have a hard time limiting the restricted's. Having an extra cappuccino or pudding would be a better choice.

I can just hear Dr. Phil saying , and how is that working for you? Not well at all. I keep thinking I want some "on hand" so I have a on the run bar when I need it. LOL. I did buy more cappuccino as I think I am really going to want a hot drink when the weather turns colder.

How are you doing Brenda? Hope it is going well for you.

Or buy smaller bars. If those are the ones I am thinking of from Costco, they are pretty big.

If I buy any from Costco I buy the Detour ones. They are higher in cals a bit than the IP ones but have a good amount of protein.

Sara I still have some IP potassium/calcium tablets. The coach said to take one a day at breakfast. They have 800mgs of potassium and 200 mgs of calcium. I will need to look for a pottasium replacement soon. People say that is the hardest suppliment to replace when you go to alternatives.

I am doing great! Having a cappuccino right now as a snack- yummy! Resist the bars! On the run? Cappuccino or the rtd's are pretty convienient.
