Busy weekend here, and it's another warm day here in Austin in the high 80's. Not complaining as I'm not a cold weather person, or at least not ready to put my summer clothes away yet. However those summer clothes are all starting to get pretty loose on me. I figure by the time they really start to get too big to wear the weather will be changing anyway.

I was starting to wonder today who will be the first person to notice I have lost weight? Outside of my immediate family and my mom, know one else knows. I've now lost 23 pounds since last month, but I'm guessing I need to loose about another 10 pounds for it to start becoming noticeable to others.

Have a nice IP Saturday everyone.
I wonder the same thing about people saying anything! As of this morning I am down 18 pounds, but I am only 5-3 The only people that have had absolutely anything is a couple of my friends and my husband-BUT they all know I am on IP. No one that doesn't know hasn't said anything. I am thinking it is because these people see me very often so not as obvious, maybe it will come when I see someone that I haven't seen in quite a while.

Hope everyone's having a good OP week-end

Sooo happy....WI this morning, -5lbs....i made it to 50lbs exactly in 3 months!

So for the first, i got a restricted for every day of the week so i'm looking forward to having them with my salad at lunch!

I always have eggs the night before a WI so last night i made an egg salad and followed some of the suggestions for the WF mayonnaise to make it a bit better....added a bit of vinegar, lemon juice and splenda and i have to say, it was a lot better. I'm glad cause i love having eggs or tuna salad for dinner and now i can and it makes me have salad at dinner time too otherwise i don't have any.

I saw lots of great WI, SV and NSV...congrats everyone, we're such a great group

Good morning all! I am so happy. I had my WI and i lost another 2.75 lbs. That makes 41 pounds off my body!!!! I am so excited. That number just seems so big! I read Cat's post this morning about her 50+ loss and I thought what a huge accomplishment for her.

This eating plan works - we are living proof of it.

We have a wedding to go to today. The very thoughtful bride made sure that my salad has no dressing on it so I can stay OP.

Have a great day everyone.

Congrats on the weight loss!

Everyone is doing great. It inspires me to see all the losses and re-affirm what I learned last year.

Have a great weekend!

Hey everyone.... Went out to dinner with the parentals last nice. Went to red robin.... It was delicious!! Also went to Target to look at some clothing.... Tried on a pair of jeans that were size 17. They fit... Pretty snug. I bought them since they were fairly cheap!! Figured that they will comfortably for in the next week or 2!!!

Default First weigh in!

Just had my first WI yesterday. I was very nervous as I had a mid week mishap with an artichoke... However I managed to knock off 9 pounds! 31 more to go, bring it on.

I am beyond thrilled and feel like I haven't in years.

Holy smokes! 9 pounds in one week! Amazing. You must feel like you are on top of the world. That's motivation enough to keep pushing through.

just catching up on posts. no worries on the meat tenderizer, it's a metal utensil I use to flatten the chicken breast, so it's definitely o/o/o

Hang in there on the last 10 lbs, be strong with resisting bars, i know what you mean though i have a bar in the freezer and every now and then I grab a bite. it's so hard when we are so close to goals and feeling good. But we have to finish without going off plan. it will only delay us. we all can do it!!! i think i'll grab a glass of tea or chug water every time i am tempted to bite the bar.

WOOHOOO....new sizes are great!! I went to Lane Byrant yesterday they had 60% off of their clearance so I picked up some 22/24 undershirts and they FIT!! they were only $3.99 might have to go back and get a few more!! considering I couldn't fit in their clothes in April I think that is pretty good

I was just able to move out of my big girl pants. They were denim stretch material. Now I'm still in the same size, but regular jeans. can't wait until I'm out of a size 14.

I can't wait!

I started IP again on Monday, after 3 weeks off. When I started IP I told my coach I had a vacation planned, and she helped me phase off before I left. Now that we are home, and seeing how much we spent, I have decided to continue on IP using alternative products. I need to save $$! I gained 4.5 lbs during my time off. I am down 4 lbs in my 5 days since starting back OP. I am so glad it is coming off so quickly. And TOM is due to arrive today or tomorrow. I guess my weight gain was largely water retention from my indulging in alcohol during my trip. Any way, I am glad to be back, and plan to be at goal by mid-December.

I really missed these forums while I was gone! Have a great weekend everyone
that pumpkin patch sounds amazing! we don't have anything like that here.
I am glad you are back. It's good to enjoy a vacation since you've had it planned, good that you jumped right back on. We have missed you.
I had a wedding last weekend I was planning to enjoy all year and I felt bloated and full but i jumped right back to IP phase one and my coach said I still lost 1/2 an inch in waist even though I had gained 2lbs. I can already tell I've lost the damage I had done.
Lets finish this now that vaca is done!

I hope everyone has an awesome, OP weekend!
Weekends are challenging, any social outing really. But once your belly is full of protein and veggies aren't you proud you don't feel stuffed and hungover that night.and the next day!?

glad to know the egg salad was yummy, that would be good for lunch at work. i am just so nervous to spend any more money on WF products, they gross me out, but if mayo is worth it, i will. I'd love to make egg and tuna salad.
