oooooh am i so mad right now.. i want to eat and eat and eat my angry feelings!!! stupid DH ... i told him i would be home early tonight so he was supposed to wait up..but NOOOOOOOOOO...he is in bed asleep when i get home...its rare we get to spend a night together...but for him to be sleeping when i said i would be home to spend time with him..totally irked me!! i could have stayed later at work instead of having to work late tomorrow night!!!!! ARGHHH!

Well i guess im all alone today...BUT thats okay..im happy...i lost another pound! Never in my life have i ever lost 22 pounds before! and to think that i stayed true to the diet yesterday when i was craving so bad..and now its showing the results of that faithfulness!! its awesome!! woot woot! only 8 more pounds till i get to that 30 pound mini goal!

Default New to the site

Hi everyone. Just found out about this site. I have been on IP for 3 weeks now starting my 4th week. I lost 11lbs-week 1, 10lbs week 2 and 2 lbs week 3 for a total of 23lbs. I'm really excitec about IP. I have tried so many diets in the last 15 years. Could never manage to get to maintenance or stay on very long. The last 4 years have been especially hard. I would try and diet and lasted 2 weeks. This time I'm in it for the long run.
I've been reading alot on this site and found alot of helpful tips.

Awesome job there Port sticking to the program. See isn't it amazing how when you stay strong you see results? You can make that mini goal sooner than you think. You need to find another out other than eating when you get emotional. You did right by getting on here and ranting instead of eating. Get yourself a journal or start you one on your computer and rant rant rant when you feel like eating. Get some gum and chew it when you get that feeling. Find SOMETHING else, you have to train your mind to get OFF OF EATING when you get that way. Just my opinion

What a day Yucky rainy day.and its like..day 7 of work this week...sooo tired..and to think that tommorow i work another day...ugh! Thank goodness this doesnt happen often..I hope it gets busy today..You know what i find interesing? I find that sometimes i crave mustard! what is a good snack to have plain yellow mustard on?? any thoughts? i used to have mustard on hot dogs and sandwiches..now i need an alternative..thoughts? I crave the strangest things i swear!

Lol wuv..Im positive im not pregnant...if anything TOM should be around the corner..I dont know..there is something about vingegary tasting stuff..ive always been into vinegar and pickles and i always doused food with vinegar..even rice..when i was a kid, i used to put margarine on my white rice and then douse it in salt and vinegar..i have no idea why??? just did...Always been like that..

Anywho.. i suppose i might have sent the rain..it has been pouring and the waterfront is all fogged up...its just so grey out ..you would never have been able to tell that we had an actual daytime cause it looks like night..its so dark out..Well its 7pm and ive already downed my 3 litres of water (12 cups) and i still have to get through the rest of my shift..lol..guess it will be a 4 litre kind of day to match outside..i will be floating home in a canoe im sure..

I cant wait for tommorow..its day 8 of my week...i will have worked 8 solid days of work..i will never do this again.. i had no choice(no staff)...I should stop bailing out the boss and just say no..at least me and my hunny will have our weekend off together..

I went through a mustard craving and fed it with my evening meal of 5-8 ounces of grilled chicken breast with either mustard or the walden farms honey mustard salad dressing.

Aww you missed me.....
Pretty busy this weekend.
Wife took the little one out of town to see her sister so I had the house to myself.... got to sleep in until 1:30.
First time I have done that in like a year.
Went out of town to do some shopping with a friend on Saturday.
Did a lot of walking this weekend.
I actually thought a goal off 100 miles in a month was a llot, but once I started keeping track, turns out I do more than I thought. I almost hit 50 this week.
Definately more motivated then all my friends I have found out. I ended up walking after everyone else had called it a night the last 2 nights.

Still feeling good about the diet, and starting another Monday in the morning.

Sorry I was AFK all weekend, I have been staying focused though.
I will be around again in the morning.
Stay strong and stay focused everyone.
Hope you had a good night Heather since you will probably read this when you get home from work tonight.

Yes you are right Wayward, thanks for leaving me the hello!
Its 12:51 midnight here and im home from work now.. Im so tired.. i feel like im lagging..Its hard enough doing 5 days in a row before a weekend..try doing 8 I could use about 1000 cups of coffee thats for sure..

Im not counting on the scale to move tommorow. It will either stay the same or go up a bit..im thinking i over did it on the salt today and im probably retaining fluid..though i was diligent about chugging back my 4 litres..

Can i make a confession? I eat eggs for dinner every single night. I have been eating them like every day for the past 2 weeks..I dont know whats wrong with me..mustard cravings and eating eggs every night..its like i never get bored of the same thing..its just so easy to make this late at night..its a perfect simple dinner.

Anywho.. im off to bed..Glad to see you had a great day to day Wayward..the sleep helps hey!

Geepers..im last to bed and first to rise or what? Slow monday morning for people i suppose..Its my friday today..yay! I just hope the weather gets nicer..cause its so grey..

Today was a sad day for Canadians to lose a great politician..RIP Jack..you will be missed greatly!

My scale told me that i went up 1.5 pounds today..and well..quite frankly.. i know i didnt consume 3000 calories +... I told the scale today that it is lying lying lying... I probably put on water weight from all the salt yesterday like i suspected.. i really had a craving for salt yesterday..what could i say??

Well its 8:15am..DH came into the bedroom and was making lots of noise searching through his pockets and stuff looking for his wallet(it was in the car) and it woke me up..and now i cant get back to sleep...so i guess 7 hours of sleep is about it for me today...im going to have to have a nap later or im not going to be alive for my last shift tonight.

Anywho..hope everyone is doing okay..the board has been rather silent without Coliep..and if it wasnt for Wayward posting last night, i would have thought something happend to him too..

Morning.....
Well I can't feel too sorry for you only getting 7 hours, I got 1.5 hours of sleep last night.

The weather here has been really nice, it was actually still like 73 when I went to the track last night, and when I came home at 10:30 I think it was 66 out.

Heather quit weighing yourself all the time, it just makes you get false hope or pissed all the time. Especially when you change your weight lost everytime you lose something on the scale, because then when you gain you get frustrated.
Don't change your weight lost until your weekly WI, and try, just for me and Wuv to gove every other day, just for like 4 days. I swear you can do it
Hope everyone else is doing well.
Started my morning with my typical cappuccino lol.
Good stuff though..
I read someone who hated it, and I was like what? I drink it twice a day, every day lol.
