Thanks, I just try to be very truthful in my words. Sometimes it may seem like a I being a "B" but I really am not. I try to turn the negatives into positives, so that everyone knows that it doesn't have to be about the negativity, everything is good.

When I went for my WI today I asked her what my inches in my waist were when I started and she said 67 today when I measured I was at 55 So the inches do come off. Between my chest, under my boobs, waist, hips, leg and arm I have lost a total of 62 inches. I don't notice it like other people do though, its funny how we see ourselves.

Wow good job Wuv!

I woke up this morning and simply made a decision not to weigh in for the next week or so...im thinking that the scale keeps going up because im starting to retain water due to TOM being around the corner. So bye bye scale..im not going to be depressed because of you..

Well.. i cant believe it! I have finally gotten on track with registering for college! boo ya..expecting my transcrips here soon! double good..ive been lazy about not getting it together and now i have! So yay me!

That's great Port!! don't hop on that scale every day and you will feel it in you clothes. like my DH says the scale moves all the time, you get up in the morning it's low and go to bed at night and it's higher so don't live by that scale!!

Justamom - let me know how you like the Omegas. I really really need them (excessive dry eyes, skin etc. on this diet) but have a very sensitive stomach to most and cannot tolerate them!

Port - Um, wow. Glad its not me. I am grateful to be married to an amazing man -- unselfish, loving, expressive, considerate, and the list goes on. Can't relate on that one.

As for me, I am sour sally this morning after another rise in the scale. I mean, seriously, what in the world?!?!?! All I can think to do is blame the hormones and keep on keepin' on. I feel like I have hit a super high ketosis. Does that make sense? This is the first time that I have that super energy feeling (and I have backed way off the coffee), my cotton mouth is x10, I am actually not hungry. My ketone strip today was the darkest it has ever been. Interesting thing is, is that my carbs have been higher (like closer to 100) . . . if I felt like this all the time pretty sure I wouldn't be as easily sucked into non IP foods, that's for sure! Curious how I will feel during my workout tonight!

Wuv - Great Job. Again. Truly an inspiration!!

Hi there,
I have a question. My coach has told me that I should only exercise no more than 20 minutes a day. Has anyone else been told that? I haven't done any exercise really other than walking once in a while. Just wanted to know if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on this.
thanks

Hey great decision to go back to college. I just graduated on July 22nd, it was a great feeling and I graduated high school back in 1984 so you are NEVER to old to go. I enjoyed it just like I did high school. Its a great experience ....Good Luck to the both of you

My coach knows I am walking a lot.
I am doing between 2 hours and 2 .5 hours a night with cycling and walking.
I guess the WI in 2 hours will be the tale of the tape right lol.

I have broken the plateau and lost 2 pounds today.
I am so VERY happy. I was beginning to think I had a huge growth or something..

You are more than welcome.... my friends are all pretty resistant so I appreciate the comment.
I told one of them last night, "well I am waiting to see how much weight you have to see me lose before you start to ask questions."
He seems content the way he is working, he is watching what he is eating and walking every night, actually the one that got me to start walking with him.
But he is still eating some things that are fighting his plateau.
But he has lost about 30 pounds in the past 4 months so he is working at it.
Ok time to finish up my paperwork so I can go to my WI.
Talk to you all later.
