14 weeks- 61lbs lost that gives an average of 4.3 lbs/week (but the first week loss really helps average). I have only used unrestricted choices thru-out program so I believe this has helped - wondering if this holds true for others? Also, does greater starting weight factor in? Hope everyone has great WI's...

22 lbs in 4 weeks; average 5.5lbs per week. I don't expect this average to hold. I would certainly like it to, but expect the average to eventually go to 2-3lbs per week.

I've lost 81 lbs. in 23 weeks for an average of 3.5 lbs. per week without exercise. (I'm in Phase 3 now; so, I've started exercising recently.)

I still average around 3.5 a week. Sometimes more or less.

I have had 4 WI and it averages out to 5.5 pounds a week! I don't know how much that will slow down, because I don't eat ANY restricted foods, my coach only allows me to have 3 unrestricted per day right now. So I am hoping to continue with at least a 3-4 lbs weight loss per week! But heck, I would be happy with anything as long as those numbers keep going down and don't go up!!

I should have read the whole thread before commenting! I totally thing having only unrestricted helps at least an extra pound or two. I could be wrong, but I would say on average people tend to lose a bit more. But, what do I know?! Just my opinion, I have for the past 4 weeks lost 5.5 lbs (almost exactly actually) each week, and am quite happy with my food intake! So I don't think I will every add the restricteds, just because I never had them, so I cant miss them, and why add more carbs/cals/fats if I don't really need them? And I mean, it also varies person to person, some people, their body can break down carbs faster than others and what not! Okay, ill stop now, I was ranting a little from something someone said to me earlier! (people who arent on this diet, and people who have never struggled with their weight, just dont get it!!)
HAVE A GREAT OP DAY ))

Leslie, please don't give up, I am a very slow loser, but I am losing. I could not lose anything on WW. It is not a race, it is a process and I am 30lbs lighter, yes it took longer than others, but I am here! Stay the course!

I was drawn to IP because I read that women could lose an average of 4 pounds per week. I've been on for 18 weeks and I'm averaging about 2-1/2 pounds per week. This is better than I've done on other diets however so I'm not discouraged. And I do occasionally take small liberties so I guess a slower loss can be expected. I was recently able to get to 199 which was a huge milestone. I was on WW for months and could not break through 200.

Last time I checked my average weight loss was 3.25 pounds per week. Every month I set a 10 pound weight loss goal for me and so far I have lost about 12 to 13 pounds each month. I'm one happy camper.
