I actually just had my first week weigh in today and lost 2lbs. I had been hoping for more (don't we all!), but I have to remember that I also picked a bad week to start (that time of the month

), and it is 2lbs that I didn't have before. I only lost an inch total, so I'm either going to have a larger drop later on or I'll be slow and steady.
I'm probably an anomaly since I do have a large amount to lose (set a goal of 66) and it seems that usually us larger girl lose quickly at first but not in my case.
