Default QWLC group

Hey guys, if there is anyone still on this board who is doing the QWLC thing, I'd love to chat and support each other. I have just finished my first week and lost 15 pounds! I have looked all over the internet and cannot find any other active group like this!

Thanks - Meredith

Default Question about rejoining QWLC

I joined as a platinum member last year. I've gained some of the weight back, how does one go about rejoining, what is involved?

I would call a center....they will help you....I am doing the diet myself at home and saving all that money! I plan to spend that on clothes when I get to where I want to be!

Hi, I just started QWL and have just past 5 wks. I have lost 14.2 lbs and am THRILLED. I was very skeptical since I have been on many diets and couldn't get past the 8-10 lb mark. I was concerned about the cost, but I know 2 people who have been successful so I decided to try one more plan.
I am so glad I did. This is the plan that works for me. I am on menu plan #1 and although it appears rather strict, I am finding ways to vary the recipes to keep it interesting.
I would like to lose another 25 lbs so I still have a way to go. Glad to have found this forum to connect with others on the QWL program for support and tips.

Yay Skinny Lady! Let's stay in touch and help each other along. I would love to hear what your plan #1 entails. I am doing QWL based on a plan I tried and wasn't too successful with. This time, I am doing great! Have you had to do any of those vinegar/water flushes yet? when you do, I would love to hear what the "recipe " is! Be strong! Enjoy the rest of the weekend! Jodoto

Hi josoto, nice to see someone else doing the QWLC diet. I just passed 6 wks and am now at 16.8. Gotta love this plan. Plan #1 is similar to #2 but I am not allowed any cheese , 2 proteins, 4 veggies, 2 starches, 1 fat, 2 supplements, 2 QB, and the 80 oz of water. (the milk is optional). I don't know about the pills. There may be a difference there too.
I am finding new ways to make chicken. Would kill for a pork chop. ha ha. I try to limit the restricted items to once or twice a week. I am doing so well that I don't want to do anything that will stall my progress.
I haven't started. Y exercise. My treadmill is still collecting dust in the spare room, keep saying this week I will get back on it. Maybe next week.......
I don't do any of the vinegar/water flushes. Haven't heard of those.
Keep in touch.

Yay Skinny Lady! Thanks for reaching out! You are doing exactly what I am doing! It seems to have gotten easier. When do they seem to think that you will reach goal?

I do not know of one.... I am just trying to follow the "regular" QWLD! Would love to hear from more people out there so that we could support each other!

Default QWLC - Help Plz!

I started working with QWLC on 27th of April and to date i have only lost 40 lbs. I need to lose 100+ lbs. I have been on their Food Plan Four and i have been following it but i have lost nothing this week.

I signed up for 15 weeks but given that it is almost the end of 3 weeks and my loss has been minimal i am getting disheartened. Please help! What are you doing differently>

Oh and i can have 40 calorie bread with my meals and i can have 7-8 ounces of protein with lunch and dinner and milk and eggs for breakfast.
