Hey guys, is this meal plan any thing like Metabolic research center??

Hns high nutrient supplements, low cal, low carbs, los of veggies? I was on that for a while, it was quite effective, then I sabotaged,I have since continued that but without rejoining. I went to a QWL center once for a consult but I was so offended I never went back, the woman asked my occupation,I told her I was an aesthetician , she said my but wouldn't fit on the chair to do a facial. * not sure if that was her way of making sure she made a sale out of me by lowering my self esteem, I didn't even call her on it I was just ready to get out of there. RaquelCan I please have a copy, If you wouldn't mind emailing me the meal plan I would be interested in trying it out and infidelity it in my plan. Thank you I will PM you my email. Thank you

I'm BRAND NEW to this forum (and happy to be here). I'm trying to find the most up to date QWLC thread and I think this is it.

I just joined QWLC two days ago. Yesterday was my first full day of the diet plan. So far, so good. I'm VERY excited for this journey!

Where did everybody go?? I am still chugging along. Hit a plateau/went off plan there for about 5 weeks. Gained 7 lbs by the time I went back to weigh in about 2 weeks ago. Back on plan and lost those 7 and then some. Finally back on the loosing track. I think the break was good for me. I was getting very frustrated not loosing and it was making me not stick to the plan 100%. Got that out of my system, did the restart and those 7lbs came off in 3 days. Lost another 6 lbs since then. Hoping to get to my next mini goal of 220 very soon! That will be my pre-first pregnancy weight! My goal is to be super strict until Halloween
