5am - 65 minutes cardio
Meals:
9am - 2 egg whites & small apple
11am - 0% fage + 25 cal cup peaches + sm apple
1pm - veggie salad w/ lite sourcream and Salad supreme as dressing.
3pm -1/4 cup oatmeal + pb2 + 1/4 cup lf cottage cheese
5pm - 100 calorie popcorn... and the hunger begins. OMG!
6pm - pack of peanuts..
9:30pm - 1/2 brown rice wrap ..tuna w/lite mayo & celery
10:30 pm - 1/4 cup almonds (Didn't need these!)
