Yes I am the mom of two sets, and the odds are very good. Long story, but will explain if you would like.

When I was pregnant with my son, they did an ultrasound to be sure I didn't have two buns in the oven Since I'm short waisted, when I was pregnant, I was HUUUGGE...way larger than normal. I still panic at the mere thought!! I'd love to know how you survived it!!

I think that every reality TV show is bound to have some "hidden story" or some past that will be dug up. The Media thrives on stuff like that. Who doesn't have skeletons in their closets. Although I do wish that Constatine didn't get booted off, I do think Scott should have gone, he just seems to be sliding by week after week, I don't think he'll last much longer.

Clay: ANTONIOOOOOO.....I just love him...

Okay, guys...new week, new theme, etc, etc....who do you think is going this week. Let's not tempt Murphy's Law and say Scott. With that horrendous Vote for the Worst site mucking up the fairness of the process, the winner certainly isn't going to be picked because they're the best. I don't really want to watch anymore, but like a bad accident, I feel compelled to watch. Morbid curiosity...

I had no idea there was a vote for the worst campaign going on. I suppose it's quite funny but annoying. Do you pay for the calls to vote? I saw this on the AI site
Quote:
Telephone calls to the American Idol voting lines are toll-free
but I don't know what toll free means.

VEGGIE: Toll Free would typically be a 1-800 or 1-888 number, which would mean that the phone call is free. BUT, on AI, I believe they are 1-877 numbers which means you get charged for the call...I don't know how much, but I imagine it's more than I'm willing to pay . The Vote for the Worst site is implorable. edit: I had the site linked here, but decided to take it out because it's a really disgusting site...they have messages on there that are waaaay out of control . Word to the wise, this site isn't moderated by people that keep foul language off their site...they're pretty much scumbags that have a few radio stations backing them up and they have this thing going that has people voting for the worst contestant, specifically to botch up a good show that they don't like. I say they just have way too much spare time and should get a life. Hey, it's a free country, right It really makes me not want to watch the show anymore. I really feel that there should be a limit to one vote per phone number or something to keep people from voting umteen thousand times.

ps...Veggie....Cartman is awesome!!

Yep, toll-free is like free-phone in the uk.

800, 888, 877, and 866 numbers are toll free. 855 has been reserved for toll free but is not being used yet. Found via google

Techwife, I completely agree that there should be a limit! It's crazy! I've also heard that some people are using some sort of auto-dialer to vote for Scott just to keep him on top. I don't think it's fair to allow multiple votes. Are people going to buy multiple copies of the next Idol's CD?

I think the should charge for the phone calls, even if it's just 25 cents. They could donate the money to charity, and it would help keep the voting fair.

The number for AI this year is an 866 number - Ryan keeps repeating not to call 800 because it won't go thru - I just text msg - It's quicker

I don't like to say the word Hate, but ya know, I'm beginning to hate this show and one particular player. I will say this, if he wins, AI will loose a bunch of dedicated viewers.

Antonio, yum, LOL

I lost another 3.5lbs this week. I'm extremely pleased.

Clay and Suzanne: Okay...that explains the 'remember...this is an 866 number'...I thought he was saying that because it cost money...which is why I don't actually vote . I thought my DH would kill me. But now that I know, I'll be voting tomorrow night!! I don't know for who yet, but I guarantee it won't be for you-know-who

How annoying, it costs loads to vote on reality shows in the UK. At least some give a small amount to charity, but they do cost loads. I do find myself answering back to Ryan when he says about voting 'I can't it's not fair. I wanna vote'.
