Well they started last night's game, why I don't know, then the storms arrived. It's now on Monday.

We are off to 2 games this weekend. Weather will be fine and let's hope for 2 wins against the Brewers.

MY BOYS WIN

That makes 3 in a row, increasing the lead over the giants to 6...3 games in 3 days The rest of our division is too far back at the moment to worry about. Smart enough to know that no lead is big enough until the enemy can't catch you mathematically!

manny came and talked to the guys. They all said it wasn't necessary/ Some say he took full responsibility for his actions.....this really bothers me

I have seen it too many times lately in all...most...sports, where a guy/girl gets busted for "dope" then they say (mostly through their agents) how they have taken full responsibility for their actions....and yet they say nothing of substance on the how/win/where's of what they took....they say that they didn't know/doctor prescribed/allergy meds/bs after bs....

I think sports stars think the definition of taking full responsibility means...crap! I got caught!

I have yet to see or hear of anyone giving back any of their $$$$ to the team or the fans for the tickets they purchased assuming the player would be at the event of choice.

Full responsibility my butt! Where's an apology to me for being a manny fan? To the people that bought tickets at a very high price in mannywoood? Where is the apology to THE NATION for what many are saying "tainted championships"?

Where is the apology to david ortiz? It's starting to look like manny stole david's "meds" ...just a little humor in the midst's of my disgust with this dope!

WE are doing fine with-out manny....

If I ever hear a real apology I will be a MANNY FAN again....until then....good riddance manny

Don't know what to say to that Gary

Aaagghhh we lost 1-0. Hate that, and there is nothing that annoys me more than when the Brewers untuck their shirts when they win a game

Why is it I always seem to end up, sitting in front of a really loud opposing team's fan?

So Gary has Manny made any statements to the fans apologising for his actions?

Where is everyone it has got really quiet in here? Well apart from Gary that is

The untucking shirts began I think when Mike Cameron's father died. When he came home from work he would always untuck his shirt and Cameron started doing it last year after he died, I think.

So now the whole team does it after every win and it annoys some people the way they do it on the field.

That was just awful today. Terrible pitching, terrible.

At least yesterday we had good pitching and a good game, even though we lost.

My guys vs EZ's guys this week.

Mets have been playing much better lately, winning 11 of 14...they never seem to play well out west, and have some injuries to key players right now, but just took 3 of 4 against the Giants...won the first 3 before losing tonight (I hate the ESPN games, those announcers are torture). Should be interesting to see how they match up against the Dodgers.

Thumbs up Dodgers are rolling

Those Dodgers are racking up an impressive W/L record: 26 - 13. Hats off to you guys.

Clydegirl, I've been lurking lately because what can I say about the Rockies. I guess I'll just start posting my disappointments.....

I'm with you, Gary, on the taking responsibility crap. Aggravating!
