The carribbean does count.

I have a favorite wild cat! The clouded leopard.

Do you visit the zoo?

I live in one....my husband is a chameleon: a pig (smart), a dog (loyal), a fish (he drinks like one) and all the other connotations those animals can be. Can you tell I am mad at him? My son can be an animal too, although I forgive him because he's 8.

Seriously though, I like to visit zoos and experience all the animals but I am saddened at the same time seeing them all caged up and not able to be free and roam.

If I had to move to another country I would probably pick Thailand. Love the shopping and relaxation experienced there. The people are really nice and accommodating too.

A beautiful wild cat? Why me, of course. I do live in a zoo, ya know.

What does your SO do or not do that you wish they did/didn't? How do you stop yourself from strangling them??? help.

My SO is not exactly a punctual person. I keep from strangling him by telling him we need to leave 15 minutes before we actually do!

Leaves his dishes on the counter above the dishwasher rather than IN the dishwasher. Nothing works to stop it....I'm thinking of electric shock treatment.

Were you ever in a school play?

Yes, "Anything Goes" and "Fiddler on the Roof" in high school.

What type of celebrity would you like to be (model, drummer, actor, etc.)?

I HATE the zoo! Like lions and tigers and bears want to spend their lives in cages being hand-fed and stared at!

He never finishes a project to completion. He'll do about 2/3 of it then stops. If I don't fininsh it, it usually never gets done. But I've taken a stand on this and refuse to finish stuff. Let it sit forever; I just look the other way!

I would never want to be a sanitation worker or a cop or a fireman/woman or a construction worker or a cashier or a ... I could just go on and on - I DO tend to do that from time to time.

What's your favorite Beatles song?

lets see if i can catch up...
hubby grinds his teeth or at least makes this weird crunching noise... i don't strangle him but I do smack him in the jaw a lot, or kick him til he rolls over, and apparently in my sleep the other night i reached over and pinched his nipple, which woke him up.... but it didn't wake me up.*LOL*

I would also want to be a writer and I would NOT want to be anything involving sick people or retail.

don't consider myself to be a big Beatles fan really... but a lot of times I think, "Oh,i like that song" and later find out it's theirs. Can't really pick one.

What is something you are truly grateful for today?

My ex-wife! Believe it or not. She just left here an hour ago, meeting with Angie and I on a situation involving our son and his wife/s family. My ex has done a tremendous amount of work, in trying to remedy a horrible financial situation my son and dil found themselves thrown into by my dil's parents.

WHO/WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

I'm alive and I'm grateful for all of you guys who act as a sounding board here. You guys and gals make me laugh when my day is going really badly. Awwww, now wasn't that sweet? I'm serious though. Today was rough for me and just coming here and reading some of these posts has made me smile.

I don't know if it's my favorite Beatles song but I'm thinking it's We Can Work It Out or maybe Taxman...

Never been in a school play, but have played music (piano/drums etc.) for productions.

I'd never want to be a proctologist or a plumber or one of those test scientists who have to sniff underarms to determine the effectiveness (or not) of a deodorant

I'll go back to the same question: Who or what are you grateful for today?

I am grateful I am still functioning at this late hour trying to get a million and one things accomplished including some much needed studying

I graduate from this program on 27 July. I should be able to take two weeks of leave (vacation for you civilians) - should I go home and see my family (mom, dad, brothers, sister ???) or do I go lay on a beach or road trip to Seattle or Maine ???? What would you do to detox from the most stressful year you've ever had ?????

ooohhh so many good questions.

I was in a St. Patrick day play in 4th grade. do I even know a Beatles song? My previous SO used to go to work at noon and he'd get up in the AM after I left and cook huge breakfasts and leave piles of dishes everywhere, pancake batter and grits stuck to stuff. Drove me nuts. I'm grateful that I'm employed, have two smart kids, both parents still alive and reasonably healthy. I'm also VERY grateful that I love Soy Milk cause now I can eat cereal again.

To Detox? Plane ticket to some sunny destination, good books, scented candles, good wine, cool water, nobody else, just the natural elements and me.

Same question.
