Has anyone else noticed that the older you get the earlier you get up in the morning, even though you don't need to? I always wondered why my grandparents did this now I do it. Is it genetics ?

Silly, isn't it? And I find it's even earlier in summer. My grandparents did it because the cows were bawling to be milked. I live in their house but there have been no cows here since 1930. Ghost cows maybe?
