Thank you! I googled recipes but the ones I found didn't look like buffalo chicken - there was no red to them. This looks like buffalo chicken.

A big lunch at work. 1 small piece of veggie pizza, about 3 inches of a cheesesteak, and a bit salad. Plus a piece of chocolate cake!

I've worked at a school for 17 years and I haven't gotten a "school lunch" since I was in 5th grade! Well, today I had a huge Greek salad with grilled chicken on top for $3.
I was starving for some odd reason, and my little cup of soup doesn't seem that appealing today.

Saturday I had a slice of cheese and pepperoni (big breakfast held me over!), Sunday I had udon noodle soup with a poached egg. No lunch today.

I have my soup in the work freezer from last Friday. It's brown rice, lentils, split peas, and veggies. I can't wait to pack a cup of buffalo chicken soup tomorrow - I had to make it this weekend and I have 8 cups frozen
