Two deviled eggs and a cup and of vegetable juice....being good because I had 8 grilled chicken wings with sauce last night at the pub. They were small and tasty, I had to eat them all.

My leftovers from dinner. Half a sandwich... ciabatta bread with lots of veggies and cheese. I added an egg to it. Mmm.

Welcome back lunch for our staff - I had a fajita salad with all the fixins, and a dressing of 2:1 salsa/sour cream. I requested it, so I had it logged for weeks

It's pretty good! Next time I'll leave in more membrane/seeds, but that will be after I finish these 6 servings from my freezer - only 157 calories per serving.
