I love this thread Sometimes I am just so proud of a meal and I want to tell everyone about it, but really nobody cares. lol

Today I had (leftover) homemade turkey meatloaf, bell pepper strips with hummus, and I brought fruit, but didn't end up eating it. Left it at work for tomorrow.

My old workday standby: a seasoned, baked chicken breast and 100 calories of steamed veggies.

When I'm losing, I will eat this 5 days a week for lunch, just changing up the veggies and the seasoning on the chicken. My coworkers comment on how boring it is...and maybe they're right, but I thrive on routine. When I start changing things, I slip up.

Amy's lentil veggie soup. Not bad for canned. Been feeling way lazy with my cooking.

Decided to eat at one my favorite Japanese places for lunch today...

So I had... Miso soup, Green Salad with Carrot Ginger Dressing, Deluxe Sashimi, Sushi Rice, and Iced Green Tea... and of course had lots of Wasabi, Ginger, and Soy Sauce with the Sashimi... and no sweetner in the Iced Green tea... was going to skip the Sushi Rice... but I didn't... was only about a half cup, so not the end of the world... and it was very good... So totally worth it as far as I'm concerned...
