Amethyst-sounds good

Probably some kind of salad....? Either Lemon Kale or Poppyseed Kale. Although I'm sick and nothing really sounds good :/

^ Sounds like you need soup! Hope you're feeling better.

Today is a bowl of buffalo chicken soup and probably a handful of potato chips.

Those sound delicious to me. I have kale in the fridge.

How about miso soup. I made some the other day and thought to myself, "THIS is vegan chicken noodle soup"

Dot
How do you make the poppyseed dressing?
I normally make a cashew dressing on my kale salad but I'm out of cashews. So I'm thinking tahini but I'm not impressed with the brand I bought this time, so maybe not.

Pra ram tofu(tofu, spinach, and peanut sauce...so good!)

Dark chocolate oat cakes, with a chunk of chorizo (because it was calling to me!) and completely letting the side down through indulging in some fizzy flavoured sugar water (well, pop). Om nom nom.
