Sirloin beef tips; scrambled eggs with cheddar; cantaloupe and strawberries; Flourless Raisin-Spice Muffins

These muffins are amazing. It's basically bananas and nut butter....and it turns into something cake-like. O. M. G. You can view the recipe HERE. I used homemade almond butter and added some raisins and Penzy's baking spice. Nutrition info (for 1 mini muffin) - calories 96, carbs 9, fat 6, protein 2.

Pineapple and 100 calorie french fries, I didnt have them at the same time though. I had the pineapple first and then later on I had the fries.

1/2 cup oats made into porridge. Added milk and a pinch of sugar.
Coffee.

My yoghurt i made last night turned out good. I made it in a yoghurt maker. I might still want to strain it though.
