turbo jam is the best workout ever. i never got bored with it and the music goes along so well with the workout. ive lost weight before with it and thats how im doing it this time is with turbo jam. i love the cardio party 3, the 20 minute one, and ab jam. i can feel my abs in that and not having to spend the whole time on the floor is awesome. honestly when im angry over something i do the punch kick and jam it takes away my anger and i put so much energy into it!

Has anyone ever tried a live Turbo Kick class? I just joined 24 Hour Fitness and I've taken 2 classes so far. I LOVE IT!!! Even better than doing Turbo Jam at home. There is just something about being in a class and feeling that energy! I can't wait for my next class!

I've just started using Turbo Jam and I feel kinda stupid because I can't get the moves down. ): Do the moves start to become easier?

OH you're lucky Tiffany!
I belong to 24 hour fitness but they don't offer Turbo Jam. They have Zumba which I've tried and didn't really care for. I think over all it was TOO dancy for me whereas with Turbo Jam I feel like its a better balance of kickboxing and dancing.

j0hnn3yj4n3, don't worry. The more you do it, the better you become. That happened to me too, and it still happens. Yesterday I did the Cardio Party 3 for the first time and it's a bit complicated. I know I'll do better the next time. And so will you.

I just did Turbo Jam for the first time tonight and I felt so uncoordinated! I have taken kickboxing classes before but she takes it to an entirely different level and I love it! I can't wait to try it out again tomorrow :-)

jenniferleigh, everybody feels uncoordinated on the first attempts. Don't worry, very soon you'll be rocking and punching and jamming!!

Hello!

I've had the DVDs for ages, but had not really gotten into them. I just decided this week, I'm going to try them out and I'm loving them, so far.

I'm actually doing an advanced rotation I found on TJ's website...pretty intense...but I'm desperate. Gotta get these 70 pounds off for good!!!

Today was Punch kick and Jam and I gotta say, it's one of my faves so far!

I've been faithfully doing TJ every day this week, and have lost 4 pounds since monday! I only have the Punch Kick and Jam video right now, but I ordered some others (I had no idea how many there were!!) on eBay and will start rotating throught them as soon as they get here. Even after a week I can feel a difference! To those who say they feel uncoordinated, I could not figure out at least 25% of the moves the first day, and I had to stop every 10 mins or so to catch my breath. Then last time I realized I got through the whole thing without stopping, and also understood all the moves (I'm sure I still looked like a fool, but who cares)!

Hi everyone.
I'm new here. I bought turbojam a few years ago. I followed along with the turbojam rapid results 10 lb in 10 days. Well I tried to. I did the videos everyday, but didn't keep up with the food part. I lost about 18 lbs and was feeling great!! Anyway... those 18 lbs came back on and I want to start over. I found all of my videos, but can't find my rapid results booklet. I had copied the menus so I have that. I can't remember if I am just suposed to the the party video every day for the 10 days or if I'm supposed to switch them around. Can anyone help?
Thanks!!!

Nobody's too into TurboJam, it seems. Hmm.

Well, I've passed my 1 month mark of intense TJ workouts 5-6 days a week and I'm down about 7 pounds! And that's with my diet being pretty horrendous for the past 2 weeks! Yeoooow! It's exciting!

So, this is my 5th week and I pledge to clean up my diet and continue with the workouts!

Today was Total Body Blast. My ball was way too squishy, so it was difficult, but I persevered and my abs are on fire. =]

HopefulAgain, I just started TJ today and did the Learn and Burn (I have what I guess is the basic 5 disc set). Well I really really liked it and because it was so short I'm waiting til I digest my lunch and I'm going to do it again. I may regret it tomorrow but I want to really learn the moves.

Your results are GREAT so congrats!! Keep up the good work!

I did the 20 minute workout today (followed by Jillian Michaels) and I feel fantastic! I love how much my heart rate goes up in such a short time.

I took two days off because I was sore and work was sucking out my soul. Goal is to do at least the 20 minute today and maybe the Learn and Burn again too. I'm following the beginner rotation but the 4 days of exercise, 3 days of rest in a row doesn't really work best for me.
