I really need to get on track again! Anyone out there want to start June 1st with me? I know I said I would last month, but I got overwhelmed with final exams.
ME ME ME!! I have a TON of the dvd's and I LOOOOOOOVE them, I just have a hard time being accountable to them! Wanna do a "June Challenge"? Try to get 20 workouts in the month of June?? We could weigh in on June 1st and see how much we can lose by June 30th? Any thoughts?

The June Challenge looks like a good idea that we can do are we just gonna weigh in June 1st and June 30th or are we gonna weigh in throughout the month like lets say like June 15?
Count me in! I am desperately in need of an exercise-buddy... or buddies! This is a great idea... although, conveniently, I don't have a scale Guess I'll have to go weigh in somewhere lol
Tally, personally I weigh in at least 3 times a week....for sure every Monday and Saturday and then usually once between those days. We could all weigh in on Mondays...I like doing Monday's because *Personally* weekends are my downfall!! So Monday's keep me accountable.
So I'm going to start a thread entitled June Turbo Challenge. Our goal is to do Turbo 20 times in June. We can check in and add the workout we did each time. If you do other dvd's or workouts you can add those too...Weigh in every Monday, unless ya'll want a different day. And for me, I'm going to make a goal unrelated to working out. ie Drinking a gallon of water a day, or washing my face at night (I always fall asleep before I wash my face).
I think this will be an amazing way to jump start the summer!!!
I just did turbo jam today all I have no cable so I thought I would use it wow wow wow I was a hot sweaty mess at the end the music is great.I am a little uncordinated and lose count on my left and right lol.
Does anyone have the rotation guide as I have lost mine =( and want to do it properly in the order it has you do it
