diana, get lots of rest! took the bus to a neighboring community to power walk and run errands there. power walked and ran errands before supper tonight. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

good Friday afternoon! went for a power walk and to run errands this morning. just finished lunch a few minutes ago. have a load of laundry in the washing machine. am doing very well with getting things ticked off my Friday to do list. will go for another power walk and run more errands in a few minutes.
