This Morning: Oxycise Commuter Workout
Today is my early day, but I incorporated the Oxycise while I was getting some stuff done (putting up laundry). I feel a lot more clearheaded after doing the Oxycise.

This Morning: Oxycise Commuter Workout
Today we are decorating the church for Christmas. I doubt I will get any additional workout in. But, my friend has an app on her phone that counts steps/miles and I will judge my activity according to that since we work together.
I didn't get any additional workout in, only the decorating for Christmas at Church. I worked from 11 AM to 4 PM. I forgot to ask my friend about the steps/miles. But I stayed active that entire time and only sat down to eat lunch.
