Full day of work today so no workout this morning.

yes it was a great reward. also wanted to tell them about dad as they were so very kind to us when mom was so sick and eventually died last December. 2 miles leslie sansone this morning and a power walk. staying home from work again today. bought a laundry marker at the hardware store and wrote dad's name on the clothes I could do it on while I was watching the waltons on tv last night. I will get them packed today. :D

dad is in the nursing home that he, his doctor, sister, brother and I want him in! :D my cousin and I took a suitcase full of clothes down to him. the room he's in is lovely. if there weren't a hospital in the room you'd swear you were in a nice moderately priced motel room-flat screen tv and phone in the room.
