Sharon, how much did you pay for your foam roller?
Hmmm. I don't remember exactly. I bought it at Sports Authority and I'm thinking it was around $39? But not positive.
My trainer told me to get one that was made with the PVC and not a cheaper one because this way it would last. So at my Target they didn't have any PVC ones. Not 100% sure the one I got did have PVC - but it looks like it.
The foam roller is pretty amazing.
I have strength training after school today, so no exercise in the morning.
I'll be doing a lot of cleaning in the next 2 weeks so I don't know how much exercise I'll get in. My first preacher and his wife arrive next Tues. and stay for 2 weeks so I will be busy making meals etc.

That's nice!
Maybe they will want to walk too!
I order tons from Amazon. Finally broke down and paid to be a prime member for free shipping. I think it's worth it.
Ran 5 miles this morning. Feeling good! I was out of time and didn't do my Leslie stretch - just did the leg stretching on my own and did foam roller for a few minutes. I set my alarm earlier (4:02 instead of 4:07, lol) because I thought I would try to add a few more minutes to running. Instead... when it went off, I went back to sleep.. and woke up at 4:20. Then was late! I saw this, quote, which has to do with running, but could apply to any exercise:
"The thought of later in the day having to explain to myself why I didn't run that morning is enough to get me out the door."
