I did a 45min outdoor walk today and yesterday but I don't see that I posted it. That's why I was crying to the neighbors, cause Dh knee hurt so bad he couldn't go with me. On these WI hills that is harder than a 3 mi leslie walk.
Sharon, at the end or the flexibility walk you bend your knees and then straighten up. In the other dvds she says not to lock knees but nothing. here. It is difficult for me to lock my knees. What do you think?
I guess I am locking mine at this point. I never thought about it but that's the only way I can bend over to get a good stretch.
Did the 10k yesterday which is 6.2 miles. Jogged the whole thing! Can't believe it! Finished in one hour 5:33. Which I am very happy with, dd finished in 53 mins which was faster than her goal.
This morning I just went out for a 3 mile very slow jog to get muscles moving! Did my stretch of course. But yesterday since we weren't home I didn't do the Lealie stretch and I could tell today.
