DH and I went for a bike ride. I am using the app "Endomondo" to track how far, etc. It said we went 21 miles in 1 hour, 55 minutes. And my heart monitor said I burned 850 calories! We set the alarm for 7 so we could get out before it got too hot and that was helpful.
We may ride again tomorrow. We go to church at the Sat Vigil, which in the Catholic church is usually 5 or 6pm on Saturday night. We started doing that so we could sleep in, but alas, now we get up to exercise! Who knew!?
I went for my morning walk this morning and then around 11 am or noon I'll do my 2 mile walk with the dvd and then I'll do 2 miles again at 6 or 6:30 tonight.
Couch 2 5k, starting week four. I had to run for five minutes straight several times. Although my run is a very slow Leslie boosted walk. I wasn't sure I could do it, when I opened the front door at 4:40 the humidity just smacks you in the face/lungs. But I made it
Then did the blue Leslie mile from ultimate DVD.
