There is a 2mi classic walk on the 4 mile power walk that I like but the rest has too much jumping.

I am using MyFitnessPal to still track what I'm eating, so yes. But I'm eating over 2000 a day because of all the exercise. It is starting to be very natural and hopefully I can get to where my body tells me what I need

I was all ready to do the couch to 5k, opened the front door and it was raining! Never does that at 4:30am here. So Leslie four mile power walk just first three miles of it.

Couch to 5k, week four. Followed by blue mile in ultimate DVD.
