Carol, I can't believe you are walking so soon after falling, I think just yesterday! I know how you feel, it is so addictive to do these Leslie walks.

I went to a trainer this morning to do strength training. I signed up for 12 sessions - kind of expensive, but I've paid practically nothing for all the exercises I've done over the last year, so it's okay. I was really scared it was going to hurt and probably because he was trying to get me to sign up it wasn't too bad! We'll see how it is next week! So I'm going on Tues/Thurs after school starting next week.

I am still going to do a Leslie later today!

Of course having said all that, I still love her energy, her encouragement and her positivity.
That's the bottom line.

I am sure that everyone that is famous is used to being criticized, but I agree, hope she doesn't read it!

Afternoon all! I just got my beginner video in, will plug it into the laptop tomorrow morning and see if I can at least complete the warm up. I would play it on my nice 50" flatscreen, BUT we have one remote for the tv, one remote for the cable box and one remote for the dvd player, it is a nightmare just to watch a video! I get them all confused. The last time we tried to watch a movie it took us two hours to figure out how to get back to the tv!!!

I did four miles of the Ultimate DVD - green, yellow, red and blue, I think!

I meant to mention that after jogging/walking outside for four weeks in California, and then going back to the Leslie DVDs, I found that I was sore in several places - back of thighs, calfs, etc. So as Leslie says it is a total workout instead of just walking/jogging.
