Started with 3 mi remix but my knee hurt so after 10min. I switched to body flex for another twenty min.

Tubolard ~ Where in Kansas do you live? Like what city, Not your address LOL, I live in Wichita

I slept in today so I didnt get my 30 min walk in outside this morning but I'll be sure to set my alarm when I go to bed tonight so I get up at 6 am so Im ready to walk at 8 am. Im still gonna do my 5 miles this evening though.

I didn't finish my bodyflex last night. My dh wanted me to go on a vet call and after 2hr we finally finished making supper and then I cleaned up. I was ready for bed.

Went for a two hour bike ride with DH. He's been trying to get me into cycling for a while and I have not been interested. However, we did ride bikes in California, and it was fun, so we took out my DDs old bike and one of his old bikes. He has a newer speedy bike that wouldn't work with me riding the old one. Ok, I have to admit, even though it was really hot out it wasn't bad, and kind of fun. So we are going to look for a new bike for me. So we will probably do that on one weekend day. Don't think we would really have time during the week.

Tomorrow is first day back at school. A week of preplanning, which is way worse than when the students return the following Tuesday. Lots of boring meetings but it is good to see all my friends.

I am supposed to participate in a 5k in December. So, I decided to start the Couch 2 5k program. This morning I left at 4:45 and did the week one day two which is just 30 minutes. You walk five, then alternate run 1 minute, with walk 90 seconds for a total of thirty minutes. Then I came inside and did the blue mile of the Ultimate DVD. Idk, I was so sweaty even that early! But I feel good.

Oh okay, I've never been in that area, I've only been to Salina,Hays,Maize,Abliene,Hutch,Haysville,Goddard and park city
