I started 30DS again last night. WOW it is SO hard. I will keep it up as much as possible and try to build some endurance. I feel ashamed of myself!!

Level 1 day 10 DONE! This is what I looked like:

Today did seem a little harder than yesterday, I think partially because I took measurements before I started, didn't see a change, and felt kind of pissed off because of it... but by the end of the workout I was feeling good again. On to level 2!

Whew! Completed Day 18, Level 1 and Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred for the Slimdown Challenge.

chary413 - more like dying...lol Thanks for the support!

Mikan - don't feel that way. Just do the best that you can do. It's hard at first but you'll get through it day by day. Hang in there!

Tomorrow is QTZ. Thank goodness! A small break.

I'm done with day 2 of level 2. I had so many things come up (being sick, etc.) that I didn't get to do it every single day like I wanted. I have been doing other workouts too though, so I'm okay. I did it with the first level of BL Cardio Max the other day and today I did it with BL Last Chance Workout- wow, am I sore!!

Started L3 today....SOOOOO much better than L2!!! I HATED L2!! But L3 doesn't bring on the hate! hahaha It's hard, but I like it!!!

I suffered through a couple level 2 workouts with 5lb weights, since that's what I used on level 1. The last 2 times I've used 3lb weights and I have actually DO it. SOOO much easier. I'm gonna just finish the program with 3lbs and then I can always re-do with heavier weights later.

I actually have to do NMTZ's. Guess I shouldn't read without my glasses...lol Thank goodness I like the workout but I just wasn't thinking I had to do it tonight. Oh well, it will do me some good.

Weekly weigh-in, lost 3.2 lbs.

Just finished L1D3 tonight. Boy am I sore tonight!! I did the shred then went for a little over a mile run with my boy while he rode his bike and then walked a few blocks with my other son while he rode his....I am looking forward to a few days off!!

L1D4 complete. I feel like I'm struggling more during the second round of some of the exercises then when I first started. I thought it would have started getting easier by now though.

zephyr524 - sometimes I think even though you can get through the first round pretty easily, when you get to the second round you're probably a little tired. I know I feel that way at times.

I finally took the plunge (after a year!) and bought the dvd last night so L1D1 complete . It wasn't as bad as I expected but I am a titch sore today! I have to do the girl push-ups but am going to cut myself some slack and just try to work towards guy push-ups as time goes on....I can do about 5 of them but not as fast as the dvd goes! Looking forward to doing it again tonight .
