Surprisingly, I was NOT sore today!?!?!?! So I went ahead and did L2D2...it was NOT any easier! LoL All those plank moves KILL my arms and my wrists...plus I think the bottom of my palms (you know, the part nearest my wrist) are getting bruised! maybe I'm just being a wuss (sp?), but I managed to get through the entire WO with maybe only stopping once or twice!
I'm so glad I bought 30DS!!!
Heather---did you lose the 9lbs & 12" after completing the entire WO in 30 days or did you have a few rest days in there??? Those are AWESOME results!!! I measured yesterday before starting L2 and was kinda depressed I hadn't lost more...but I haven't given up yet!!!
kdm- I did the 30 days straight and was very much overweight and out of shape. I was hoping for more weight loss.... but the inches were amazing. Measurements came from belly button, hips, arms, and thighs. HTH!
Edit: So I just finished L1 D1. It was MUCH easier than the first time around. However, it still was a good workout!

I completed Level 1 today and tomorrow I'll be moving on to D1L2. I have to say that I'm happy with my progress so far. I'm still only doing girl push-ups and I'm not using the weights for every exercise, but I feel really good about moving on to Level 2. Tomorrow I'll see what Jillian has in store for me.
I've been lurking in these threads awhile... you ladies are totally inspiring!
30DS L1 kicks my butt. I find that I absolutely can't do the butt kicks. Anyone else? It doesn't help that my cardiovascular fitness needs some work -- by the time the butt kicks come up, I'm pretty lightheaded and really maxed out on effort already -- but I don't think I can physically make myself kick/jump back and forth that quickly. I've tried -- no go.
Anyone else? I'm sure it'll get easier as I stick with it -- I just find it odd that I really can't do these at all!
Some of the moves I found to be incredibly difficult. I'm on level three and find the squat jumps, jump lunges and rock star jumps nearly impossible, and I can't really keep up with the video. But I'm going to keep going with it - I don't think you're supposed to be able to comfortably keep up with it to start with. I've had to work really really hard on all the levels to keep up, so I don't think it's unusual!
Finished D7/L1 yesterday. It has DEFINITELY gotten easier. I can now do the entire thing without stopping (I only pause the DVD to add another arm exercise). I'll continue until D10 and then move on to level 2!!!
I *think* I'm seeing results - certainly feeling them. Can't wait to measure at the end of the month! Trying to get out of the 190s by June 1st!
