I'm slightly traumatized this morning, as I only lost
point two pounds since yesterday, when normally it's quite a bit more from Tuesday to Wednesday.
I've been doing really well on my calories, and exercising every day since Sunday, so, again, maybe it's just being so close to the end. My body is old friends with the fat!
Last official weigh-in for March: 3/27/15 - 109.7
Today: 111.4
Goal for Friday morning: 109.4
As with the last few weeks, I'd rather make weight without completely fasting on Thursday, and without working out for two or three hours on weigh-in day (Friday). But I will do those things if I have to.
