    OK, so I ate a bit "large" yesterday... I didn't think I deserved THAT much of a gain... Hoping most of it is sodium. UGH!!!

    Just ran 6 miles and it was before 10am! Loving running at the moment so going to aim to try do 4 longer runs a week now.

    Surprised by that number this morning! Hoping it wasn't a fluke and that I'll see something similar tomorrow. Seems like many of us are seeing a lot of fluctuation lately!

    I was expecting a little increase today as I ate more than I normally would yesterday so quite happy that hasn't happened.

    I wish I could be more consistent with my eating. Recently, I've been stuffing myself on the weekends and then barely eating during the week. Although this week I feel bloated and the very thought of eating makes me feel ick

  • Still weighing in over here, but I'm 100% stuck at 130. I've been like 130, 130.1, 130, etc for days. Funny how I seem to always plateau at an even number lol.
