Went out last night for a belated birthday celebration. Hopefully the bump is just from restaurant food, but I have a dinner party tomorrow night so that probably won't help!
I think it's so cool, the encouragement that's found here. And I agree with Alexis - it's super impressive the way everyone is keeping track, even if it's not every day!
Weighed in on Thursday, April 16, and - surprise! - made goal early, at 108.6! Did not see that coming, as I was a pound higher on the high scale.
I think it may have been a misfire, but THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! I can take whatever reading is given, if I'm on a weigh-in that could be official for the week. And this one was!
It was a good thing, too. DH and I went to see a performer, who you would NOT have expected to be totally off-putting. But he was to me, and I went next door and had stromboli, pizza, non-alcoholic beer, cake (one bite, because I didn't like it), and cheesecake (may have been the best of my life - creamy, rich, and slightly lemony) while hubby watched another hour of the show. We still left early, as this guy - FAMOUS AS ALL GET-OUT - dragged on. Weird!

HW, you are being extremely mysterious, so of course I am DYING to know who the performer is! ;-)
I'm being lazy today -- my daughter's sleepover friend was up at 4 am with an unstoppable cough, and now another friend is over and I've got 4 kids in the pool. I may cram in a run later this afternoon. Making yummy crostini for a party tonight that is sure to have both delicious food and exquisite wine. Moderation!

I would LOVE to tell you, lol. But if I was acting strangely in public, I would hate to have someone out me on the internet. So, do unto others and all that...
I'm being totally lazy today, myself. I was all set to exercise, but dh just finished his vacation, so I'm declaring it an "off" day for moi! Of course, it's a down day, too, so I'm not having much to eat. But I'm not going to exercise, as I normally would on a Sunday. Hey, dh and I were in a protest yesterday, and that involved a lot of walking and sign carrying, and I definitely don't normally exercise on Saturday, so it all works out!
