Wha?!?! I mean, I'll take it... but I wish I understood my body a little better. Or perhaps rather than blaming my body I need to focus on my own lack of consistency!
(just looked back and noticed roughly the same dropoff from the 13th to the 14th -- so I may be consistently inconsistent
)Also, I realized that since I am hosting a party tomorrow night, I do have some say in the food. In addition to cheese tray, nuts, olives, etc, I'm going to make some shrimp with healthy dipping sauce and a veggie tray, so I have some good options. Dessert tarts are 50 cals each so not bad!
Nice drop for you, too, Alexis! All that hard work paying off!
Happy Birthday, Eilidh!
I'm so impressed you have been on-plan every day since January! That is amazing!

Great big PROPS to you for coming on in here, girl!!!! That takes strength, courage and discipline and guess what -- You have it!!!! Just having the mindset to come in here and be accountable is tremendous. So you had a bad week. So what? It happens. You can draw a line and move on. So sorry to hear about your injury! Hoping that you can find the time to take care of yourself in the midst of the busy day.
But I would like to echo your wish for Seven - please take care of that hip, friend!

Love the way you lift others up, also. We have a wonderful team here.
