Yes, that's correct... up 2.5 lbs in one day! One day filled with trail mix, japanese snack mix, and wine until 2 am... so I'm bloated, a bit hungover, and operating on about 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Good times!
I've gone up by at least four pounds in one day, and probably more! Definitely food weight, and maybe a bit of spirits.
Last official weigh-in for March: Friday, 3/27/15 - 109.7
Workout every day from Sunday, March 29 to Thursday, April 2. Includes walking on treadmill, DDR, and Wii Fit.
4/1/15 - 111.4
4/2 - 110.65. Three hours yard work followed, and a total fast except for one cup coffee with tablespoon of heavy cream.
Official first weigh-in for April: Friday, 4/3 - 109.4 - with no workout.
So, ladies and gentlemen, I may be stuck with total fasting on Thursday - blech! - because I don't want to reduce my calories any more on my down days. But at least I didn't have to work out on Weigh Day - YAY! I'd rather fast on Thursday, make weight (point four pound loss) and just commence eating first thing the next morning. At least that's what's working for now!

Eilidh, I had a stretch between Thanksgiving and Christmas where my weight fluctuated between 131 and 131.5 for about 6 weeks. It was so strange! Usually I have much more dramatic swings.
4/1/15: 130.5
4/2/15: 130.25
4/3/15: 131
4/4/15: 130.5
4/5/15: 130.5
4/6/15: 131.5 <- tons of carbs and salt yesterday! But I kept my calories on point, so I know it's just water weight.
