  • 144.0 today!
  • Ugh...had my spike day yesterday; scale went up 2 1/2 pounds; 145 for today. --it was all expected.

    Modified IF/belly fat cure/spike day lifestyle seems to work for me. I have been dropping consistently. - I have essentially created my own diet plan
  • I was 141.4 so up from yesterday but NOT 142 so I will take it. I am so over being in the 140's and this 140.4-142 dance from the last two weeks. It is time to see 139.anything!!
  • 140.6 but I really need to go so I am hoping with my entire being that I will be 139 tomorrow.
  • 140 on the dot. Atleast when I do get to 139 it will be a solid 139 seeing as I moved so slowly.

    Where is everybody?? I have been the only one posting the last three days.
  • 144 We had an out of town trip and eating was so-so, PLUS ovulation is here. Therefore 30's are atleast a good 10 days away
  • I'm still here. REALLY struggling.... after not budging for about a month I've started moving UP on the scale!! I need to get my head back in it.
  • 143.0 on the scale. Going out to eat way too much lately. I'm trying to exercise portion control (or cut back at other meals) but this really screws up my emotional state with food.
  • 139.8 I am so excited!!! WOOOT!!!!! I am heading over to the 130's now so thank you ladies for your support these last couple of months and I hope to see you in the 130's thread soon.

    As for me, I am UP a HUGE amount. 146.5 this am; 4 pounds since Friday I know it is water weight and I will drink tons of green tea and sassy water today and eat clean...plus ovulation time always makes me retain water AND I have eaten poorly for 4 days. -- So back on the wagon before more damage is to be had!

    Sum - I'm up today as well.. 3lbs. I'm back on track with everything though so I'm hoping to see the scale start moving down again fairly quickly.

    Let's make this last half of June count!
  • Hi! I just found this thread, so jumping in. I have been in the 140's for 2 years in maintenance and about 6 weeks ago I thought I would try to start losing again. I have had a few good weeks and some bad ones. But I am so ready to leave the 140s!!!

    2 weeks ago my lowest weight was 142.4 but then I had a bunch of visitors and graduation celebrating so on Monday was back up to 145.4. I have been having a bit of a hard time getting myself out of the party overeating mode this week and its really bugging me so I need to do better today and get back to good habits. At least workouts this week have been back on track so hopefully I wont see more gain by friday.

    How is everyone else doing? After derailing for a few weeks I'm back on track. I just registered for my first 5k on June 23rd. I'm so excited, I've never done anything like this before.

    I am afraid of the scale. I have eaten bad, but not that bad...I feel bloated and yucky.... Maybe it is ovulation?

    still hovering in the same general area. gonna keep doing what i'm doing. bought more cute cheap dresses. i feel like my body is changing, even if the numbers aren't...i just want the numbers to hurry and catch up!
