I'm still stuck at 134, although I'm holding out hope that I might be heading toward 133 this week. I cannot believe how quickly I lost the first 19lbs and how damn slowly I've lost the last 3-4.

138.7 - same as yesterday but up a little from a few days ago. Feeling like I'm back on track after being a bit blue the other day. I'm so ready for the long weekend!
I graph my weight loss with my lose it app and I'm trying to figure out if there's any pattern whatsoever to when I move down, stay the same or move up. So far I have nothing except I'm always down the day after I do Bikram (water weight). I've only weighed myself daily for about 5 weeks though. Have you ladies seen any patterns?
Well, the scale definitely went down to 133 yesterday, but I like to see a new low 2 days in a row before I get excited. Then, this morning it was 132. I have no idea what happened, but I'm claiming the 133 for today and am cautiously optimistic for tomorrow.

Yesterday after snacking all weekend I bounced up 2.3lbs! gah! Was up to 139.6. This morning I was down to 138.5. Not where I was Friday but at least the scale moved in the right direction. Hoping to hit 137 by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.
I am cautiously excited that the scale was finally reading 132 this morning. I'll wait until tomorrow to really get excited. I might have just been dehydrated from staying up later than usual.
Ending May at 136.9! My goal was 137 so I'm proud of myself. 6.2 lbs lost in May and 9.1lbs since starting. Not sure I can do the same for June, so thinking I'll set a goal of 132 and see where I land.
Ending May at 132.8. I didn't expect to stay at 131 since I stopped calorie counting, but a 2lb jump is kinda depressing... Just gonna try to maintain for a while since mentally I can't diet right now! Cut out sugars today again and am focusing on more veggies...
I'm finally willing to claim 132. I've hit there or slightly below for the last two days in a row. Nice way to start the new month.
Does anyone else hold on to water weight around ovulation? It seems weird to me, but I've had a mini plateau followed by a letting go of a couple of lbs at about that time in my cycle for the past two months. And I thought pre-menstrual water weight was all I had to deal with hormonally.
136.5 this morning. Although I just know I'm going up tomorrow - hopefully not by too much though. Lunch today couldn't be controlled - out to eat with coworkers which was mandatory. Tried to make a good choice (salad with falafel) and thankfully it wasn't so bad compared to other choices but still likely clocked in around 600 calories. I didn't realize there would be feta on top. Which of course I ate because I love feta. Also an all day meeting so no time for mid-day exercise. Going to try to eat a light dinner.
It's pouring here, so no going outside later today for a walk or run. Going to try and make up for it with yoga in the morning and a long hike/walk with the family tomorrow afternoon.
