Finally in the 130s for real this time!!! Yay, I'm so excited! I can't wait to move through it! When I reach 130/129 I'm going to have a celebration! Hopefully it would be like a zumba party or going out dancing!!
Omg, I am getting into the low 130s now! 133.6 - this is just going faster than I can imagine ever since I am not thinking about my weightloss the entire time but just doing what needs doing. Doing what I want to be doing exercise wise!
Good for you Philana.. when it happens like that all the better.. I just hit 136 today so 8 pounds from my goal.. I'm happy as my weight loss has been steady and slow.. I know these last 8 pounds will be the toughest but I'm going to keep on going... I'm following your example doing what I need to do to get it done.. staying focus and staying on plan..
I've been solidly 135 for the last couple of days. Maybe even edging under 135 this morning (I don't have a digital scale). But, I know weight loss is going to stop right about now for the next week. ToM must be arriving soon because my cravings for crap food have gone through the roof. I was about a minute away from ordering pizza and fries for supper tonight out of frustration of finding something dh and the kids would all eat, before I made myself make them spaghetti and steamed broccoli, again. Meat sauce for 2, butter and parmesan for 3, and lots of veggies in a tsp of olive oil for me (with 1/2 cup of pasta and some parm). I am so sick of spaghetti! We eat it for supper at least once a week. I swear it was only my cheapness that stopped me from spending money on delivery when we have plenty of food at home, rather than any diet virtuousness.
I feel like giving up. I've accomplished nothing these past few weeks. Self esteem is at an all time low. I know it's because TOM is on the way and I am overtired.
Since my weight goals aren't coming through...I will make 3 goals for this week and track them on here.
This week I am committing to no alchohol. I am committing to track all my calories /stay in my range. I am committing to not getting dehydrated.
whew after a bad and stress day where I ate without counting calories and was out untill 3am because my train got delayed I am still at the same weight.

I'm officially joining this forum after 3 weigh in's in the high 130s. I was 138.5 this am after going to Bikram yoga last night. I suspect I'll see a little spike tomorrow - which is normal after Bikram. I think my body gets a bit dehydrated after that class. This past week I kicked up my workouts (added in some walking, yoga, tennis and some stretching/plyo) I think it's made a huge difference.
crazygurl61 - weren't you traveling? I suspect that's part of the fluctuation. But you're down now, right? I suspect you'll see a big drop after TOM is over. You've lost so much already - so congrats to that!
philana - you just keep dropping! Seems like you'll definitely get to 130 by June!
