Had a really bad weekend and didn't even bother weighing cause I look pregnant... Was about to give up, at least for now... but my brother asked me today if I would model a top for a company's website he's working for cause it got left out in a shoot... I don't know if that will actually happen, but it's quite a motivator. I should try to tone up as well, if I will in fact do it. I don't think I really have what it takes to be a model, so it would be a once in a lifetime thing. lol And a new FB pic for ex's to weep over. lol jk! I'm not deluded enough to think it would matter, but still a cool opportunity.

132.5 this am! Yes, lost 1.5 since yesterday. I went to Bikram yoga at 8pm last night, so I know that's why. Water weight. Still, it's been years since I've seen the scale say that. guessing I'll bounce up to the high 133s tomorrow, maybe 134 after I'm fully hydrated. Still, good to know I'm so close - only a few more pounds to be out of the 130s! Maybe in the next 3 weeks!

I didn't weigh in yesterday because I knew I was retaining water from a long day outside in the sun. Today I was 138.4 so a new low for me.

Just accepted that my 3 weeks off plan have cost me 2lbs. So upped my weight back to 134. Wanna be out of the 130s before my bday in July.

philana - you could easily by at 130s by July. Good luck! And 2lbs in 3 weeks isn't so bad! Side note I was streaming a mix on Spotify yesterday and a singer came up that I'd never heard before - and their profile pic reminded me of yours. She was a litte like Bjork. Back to 134 this am. I knew that 1.5lbs of water weight drop after Bikram wouldn't last. Still just glad it was 134 and not any higher. Have a happy hour/dinner tonight for a co-worker who is moving. Saving some calories for that and hoping not to go too crazy!

Hey ladies! I started this thread 9 months ago and sadly, I'm STILL in the freaking 130s! Haha.

I am posting here for accountability because I am ready to buckle down and do this. I currently weigh 132.2. I am going on a week-long vacation to Disney on Friday, so I'm definitely nervous about that number going up. My 10 year high school reunion is next month, which is a big motivator to stay on plan. I weighed much more as a teenager (160s-170s) so I'd love to go back at my goal.

So my weekend of debauchery ended up with an official 4 lb gain at weight watchers. Which is less than the 7 it was on Sunday and more than the 2 it was this morning. So I'm headed in the right direction.
It's so hot though that all I want to do is sit around in my underwear eating icecream. But the thought of me in my underwear is really unappetizing. So maybe that's what I should do.

Weighed 132.4... ;( Been doing good though, which is all that counts. Just kinda miss seeing 130.5!! Hopefully its temporary. I'm kinda thinking I'll only take weigh-ins right after TOM that seriously.

Philana 2 lbs really isnt too bad for being off plan 3 weeks. I hope you can recover from it quickly though

astrild I honestly didnt realize how much our cycles can affect our weight. Makes me kinda glad to be breastfeeding while I am losing so that I don't have to deal with that fluctuation. I need to remember that when I stop.

I was 138.6 this am. I really hope this isnt going to be another stall point because I spent more than enough time at 142. I really want to be at a healthy weight for my trip at the end of the month but at this rate 136 just seems so far away.

I'm really struggling with refocusing. There seems to be a dessert around every corner and it's practically a given that I must eat it. I don't know if its because I'm tired, and therefore NEED sugar, or what. Somehow my willpower has tapped out and I need to get it back stat.

138.2 this am 137 can not come fast enough!

moviegrl I find that once I start eating crap it is hard to stop and the only way is to quit cold turkey. take it one day at a time and I am sure you will get back on track.

DottieMae I would say that is no too bad for an evening of over induldence.
