Astrild: That is great that you are maintaininf right now. When it comes time to take of those last 5-6 lbs to get to your goal it will be easier to maintain your goal weight because you have been able to maintain your current weight.

I didn't weigh yesterday because I was too busy but I was 136.2 again this am.

Just joined!

I've been fluctuating around 130-133 for the past month, I can't seem to get below 130! I was 120 last year...but fell off the wagon. Can't wait to get back into the 120s!

Out of town the past few days. I'm back down to 133.5 but that's still up from where I was over a week ago. I need to refocus and stop eating so much junk. I seem to be able to control myself for a day when I'm away but after that I fall apart.

Still floating at the 139lbs...Dangerously nearly the 140lbs. Here's hoping I stay at 139lbs or lower at my official weigh in day on Thursday.

DottieMae~ I know how that feels... but you are in control and can get back to where you want to be. Deep breaths help me a lot. lol

Thanks Saralynn & moviegrl! I'm pretty thrilled I actually didn't gain.

Been doing good the past few days...just eating 1800/day. The scale showed 130.4...! I think I'm finally gonna get out of here for good... Let's hope I don't come back. lol *knock on wood*

135.2 GAH!! So frustrated. I just want to see 134.something and I keep bouncing in the 135's only to go up to 136 to bounce back in the 135's.

LovelyAndLosing: I know it sucks to be the same weight for 3 days when you want to be moving down but it is good because the slower and more steadily you lose the more likely you are to keep it off when you get to goal.

That being said I am 135.2 again today!! I was aiming that at the both of us because I am frustrated too.

Sarahlynn - You're doing really well. I'm sure you'll see 134 soon. You're so close!

LovelyAndLosing - Could be a lot of reasons - maintaining though is a good thing, it means that weight loss isn't just water. You'll likely see a whoosh soon. And if you're close to TOM you'll definitely see one when that's over. It's frustrating to bounce around but look at your overall trend, which if you're on plan will be downward. Good luck!

Astrild - you are sooo close! Good luck! Thanks for the boost the other day. I had to have a heart to heart with myself on Sunday night. lol. I ate well yesterday got my butt to yoga and have already portioned my food off for today to stay under my calories. I'm at 132.9 this AM. Some of that may be water weight from yoga so we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning.

133.4 today, down 1.2 from last week. Creeping up on the 120s. If I sneak up on it maybe I can get there before it notices and kicks me out
