Thanks, girls!!

This victory actually feels earned because I got it through exercise, not self-deprivation. Eating 1300-1400 a day is SO much easier for me than 1100, for some reason, it's absolutely ridiculous. I know I'll plateau the second I stop working out, of course, but the plan has to be to never stop working out, right? Health habits for life

Hope to see everyone else in the 110s/maintenance thread soon!

Good interventionn! I'm so weirded out by fluctuations. I was at 126 for a while and then fluctuated up last week to 128-129. One day back down at 127, and then back up again yesterday to 129. Diet was very on plan and I was very pleased with my exercise. I've never had fluctuations that upwards before when I've been doing everything "right." It was bizarre.

I'm currently at 127.0, but I feel like I should be at 126.0. Eating has been terrific, exercise good, and I feel smaller and leaner. I took yesterday completely off because I've ramped up my running and wanted to give my injured hip a rest. Looking forward to a good workout today

Mmm you guys must be so ready for spring and 80 degree weather! It's hot all year round here so our winter consisted of 70-80 degree temps. It's now in the lower 100s. Scared of the 110s that we'll be reaching in about a month.

I seen 122 a couple of weeks ago, and now have jumped right back up to 125 last Wednesday and have stayed there, UGH! I don't get it. One day, just BAM three pounds and it has stuck! TOM came to visit me Saturday, and I still stayed at 125 (at least I didn't raise the bar even more). I'm feeling so, very, very frustrated... Congratulations to those who have achieved moving downward!

My fluctuations are exactly the same!! It freaks me out! I may need to start weighing once a week again because it's getting to my head! I just want to see 119!!

Indiblue, yes on the flux. it sux. and, yes it is so amazing when winter finally starts to lift. today i cried a little i was so happy. the winter really gets me down. does that extremely hot weather ever affect you negatively? it seems like that'd be too hot to do anything outside. and that is what the winter does to people.

and ashley, congrats on all that weight loss and being HAPPY. i am sometimes afraid i will not even be happy with my end result. but you do look skinny!

i have thought about starting a emotional food journal before but today i am actually going to start it.

Ashley congrats!!! I'm so happy/hopeful when I see you and others lose the low 20s weight fairly quickly. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that happens to me as well. Hope you see 117 very soon!

Interventionn it does, but oddly enough it's more the sunshine than the heat. I love a good dark rainy day sometimes, especially those delicious crazy summer storms. Even during monsoon season I've never had one of those in Asia before, only in the US. Rains here happen for an hour or so in the middle of the afternoon and that's it. And yes you're right, sometimes it's too hot to go outside, which is a bummer too.

I'm 126 again today guys, finally, after weird upward fluctuations that I can't attribute to anything. Even though I wish my 2 lbs/month were moving faster, I at least hope I can still count on those 2 lbs a month. At the rate of the last week the weight is just creeeeeeeeping off...

indiblue slow and steady wins the race! It's better if it comes off slowly. I am losing weight more due to stress than anything else right now and I fear it will come back on quickly. I am one of those people that loses their appetite when they are stressed. On the other hand, I tend to eat when I am happy! We can never win! I am happy your fluctuations seem to have steadied and you are back to losing.

okay so i just took my measurements to feel good about my self. the results. my bust, 36-32. waist, 28- 27 1/2. lower stomach, the same, 31. around my butt, the same. around my hips, the widest part which are my thighs, the same. my thigh is somehow bigger, 22- 23 1/2. my calve bigger, 14 1/2 to 15. arm still 11.

so, i know feel the worst i have in years about how i look because i have made myself into a even more unbalanced pear. and i haven't been doing any leg weight lifting. im really really really upset and i don't think i can do this anymore. maybe had i lost inches in my legs, or kept the same. but i grew? and i lost so much in my bust. i don't feel any better at all.

**** this i am done.
