got my whooooosh this morning 123.8 im so happppppy.
omgggg any ice cream sounds great to me! yeah its the "mini" size hahaha, but i couldnt resist. i said FORGET it for those days haha, but it worked.
also, it relieved the stress from constant food worry.
I was 120.6 this morning... right on the cusp! After eating 1300 clean calories, power yoga, and a spin class today, I'm hoping I'll edge closer to the magic change when I weigh in tomorrow morning. Maybe I might be completely into 119 by the middle of next week -- a girl can dream, right?
I'm almost afraid to post in this thread for fear that hopeful thinking will make the scale jump up! Cutting my carbs made me finally break my 127 plateau ... weighed in at 122.8 this morning!!!
I'll join in! I'm trying to get down to 125 by may 6th and maintain there for a month or so. Saturday I was down to 127.6 but I overate this weekend so I'm guessing I'm around 128 now... back on track today and headed to a tough yoga class, hoping to keep the momentum going!

Bubbled back up to 122 the last couple of days, and was spotty on check-ins because I'd often go out for a run before weighing in... but I was 120.1 this morning!! Woo, incremental progress. I may have some TOM-bloat as well, so my fingers are crossed for secret fat loss beneath the bloat. Now if I can just avoid derailing myself the next couple of days...

I'm back to 127.4 today YAY. If I don't see 126 tomorrow I'll change my ticker begrudgingly, but I'm hoping my body still has a little vacation weight it's willing to let go of easily....
Weighed in at 120.2 after drinking a half-cup of water (completely forgot about holding off on drinking my water bottle refill after peeing this morning... oops) which means I should be at 120 -- almost out of the 120s! All my recent exercise seems to be actually working -- who knew?!
