Yep, me too! I HATE the 140's! The 130's I can deal with, but my goal is 125.
I got up to 149 this winter and that finally scared me straight! I am down to 143 right now, but can't wait to get out of the evil 140's. None of my clothes fit right, but I don't want to buy any pants! I will get some shirts this weekend though.

I am so so sick of being in the 140s, which is where I have been since last June or July!! I bounce between 143-148, depending on if TOM is around!
My lowest was February 25, when I was 141! I am currently 146.8 :stress:

I'm running a 1/2 Mary April 28 and after that, I will start Body Recomp to try to shed these last few lbs. I secretly want to be between 130-135!! :crossed:

IntuitiveMe: We have about the same goal and are in about the same place! Go you! I hate the 140s too, mostly because it still sounds so far away from goal.

K9Owner: Ah, I know what you mean! I have been here since september. Which is when I put a hold on weightloss. Started back up end of january but it's going superslow. In the past 2 weeks I've been bouncing up and down around 141-145. I hit 140.2 for a day, but it's gone gone gone.

We'll get there eventually ladies! Just have to keep it up and stick to our plan. That's what kills me everytime. I'll go offplan only slightly, but it's enough to mess up my body so it will hold onto stuff again. Weird. For others it supposedly works the other way around sometimes. Not for me.

142 today. Which is 0.8 lbs less than yesterday and 0.8lbs more than last monday. LOL. I refuse to update my ticker till I am below 140. I just am not gonna accept these 2lbs. They will be gone whenever my body let's go of whatever it is holding onto.

It took me forever (aka almost a year) to get out of the 140s. I am determined to make it stick.

I'm at 144 and have been for a few days now. Kind of frustrating after the first month of smooth weight loss, but I suppose that makes a pause to be all the more expected. It's so frustrating to feel stuck here though.

Well, apparently posting here was the key. The scale has now gone down 2lbs in as many day. I guess my body is giving up some extra water weight for some reason. :D

OK the scale says 140.0! I am going to wait 45 more minutes and weigh myself one more time before I shower JUST in case 139.8 decides it would like to make an appearance. I am RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have been stuck in the 140s for about 9 months... hovering around 140-142... and today I hit 139.0!!! WOO-HOO!! :carrot:

I have had a goal of 145, but am only 1 lb from that and want to be out of the 140's so bad because I am only 5'3" tall. According to my BMI, I am still overweight for my height. So, once I have reached 145 I am going to try to continue losing. I will have a second goal of 130. I think that will be a decent weight for me. I am already down from a size 16 to a size 8. So, not sure how losing down to 130 is going to make me look. I hope not like I am anorexic or something.

I am 5'2'' and at 117 I looked healthy thin but not too skinny so I think 13o on someone an inch taller than me would look healthy and good.

I was 145.8 this am but that is after fighting a virus all weekend so not sure how much of that I will gain back now that I am eating again. I am trying really hard to eat extra good today so I can atleast stay the same tomorrow.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new here. Been dieting for 2 weeks now and have lost 2.5lbs! 143.5 today. I can't wait to get in the 130s! Think I'm going to set a mini-goal of 10lbs and celebrate with a facial.

Hi DottieMae that sounds like an awesome idea. I am definitely celebrating hitting 139 with a special treat for myself and I am only 6 lbs away. :)

I was 145.2lbs this am so actually down yesterday!! I am still not completely attaching myself to ending this week any lower than 145 because of the 4lb loss I saw in 24 hrs from being sick but hey I can try.

Back on track. I had a bad month and scale reported 151 pounds. :mad:

Monday's weight was 150.5 Wednesday's weight was 147. Amazing what clean eating does. I am determined to get below 140 by June 12th; the day my DD graduates from high school. Daily reporting should help. :)

145.6 this am so up from yesterday. I had a great eating day until dinner and then I went a little nuts. I am hoping that being home today instead of running errands all day will help me keep my snacking on track. I really want to see 143.8 by Mother's Day.

Exactly 140 today! Why could it just have been 139.9? Would have made me happy. Oh well, soon enough I suppose. Went to yoga last night, so I'm guessing I'll likely bounce up to 141 tomorrow as some of that weight might have been water loss from the class.

Sum38, wow nice work over the past few days!

Sarahlynn, I'm guessing you'll see a drop down to 143 by then. Keep it up!

I was 145 on the dot this am but feel good about my eating and excercise plan today plus the 3 boys are going to my sister's for a sleepover tonight so that makes just having a salad for dinner so much easier. I am throwing a roast in the crock pot for my hubby so he will be well fed and then I am making myself a gigantic salad full of fresh veggies.

Sum38, ha! I wish. As I suspected I'm up today at 141.1. Hoping to leave this thread by early next week for good though. Nice work on hitting 146!

I have potluck brunch with my girlfriends this weekend so hopefully I can refrain from eating too much. I volunteered to bring fruit so I'm hoping to fill myself with that and then just take tastes of all the other dishes. Oh, and maybe the weather will be lovely for Mother's Day this weekend so I can spend some time outdoors!

My weight is holding steady at 146 pounds, I am VERY happy about it. My 5 pound bloat loss stuck and perhaps I can drop a pound of fat by Friday and reach my 20 pound weight loss. Half way point.

Guys i am going to be weighing in for the first time in around 3 months on Wed. Any tips of how i should weigh in? Should i make sure that i don't eat prior to weighing in, or not to drink?
Also how do you think that weighing in daily helps you?
I am a bit afraid i will be unhappy with the number on the scale and beat myself up about it everyday!

Irishcanary-the best time to weigh in is first thing in the am, after your morning pee and naked. I find that daily weigh ins keep me accountable and I lose faster and more steadily with them.

Sum38-That is so awesome that you are holding steady! Keep it up!

DottieMae-you are definitely close enough to get to the 130's some time next week. I hope you managed to enjoy your brunch without over doing it.

Oh and I guess I should report my weight. lol 145 on the dot again but I think after the running I did today chasing kids on our picnic combined with tons of veggies that were eaten that tomorrow will be good.

After a spike day (planned), weight is at 146.5 lbs. I am quite pleased.

I am taking in around 1350 calories today with 5.5 mile walk and some upper body toning. Expecting my scale to go back to 146 tomorrow.

I am doing a spike day each Sunday, hoping it will shock my metabolism a bit. The rest of the week I follow iF with a low carb and high lean protein diet. What are your eating/diet plans ladies?
